#R&DSoftwareEngineer

First Round:

Pen and paper round where we had to solve 9 aptitude questions of subjective type mostly of probability and permutation & combinations plus 15 technical questions mostly of C++, C, Networking, OS and Data Structures.

Second Round (technical):

coding questions to write the code which consisted of:

  • reversing linked list
  • finding maximum and minimum of a BST
  • adding two linked lists and storing the digits in another linked list
  • merge sort

Technical questions from networking like sub-net masking, routing, communication between two domains, functionality of OSI layers etc.

Basic theoretical questions from OS like inter-process communication, real time example of thread and process etc.

Third round ( technical) :

Technical Questions on Data Structures, Networking, Mathematics (combinations) and C++.

4th round (HR):

Friendly discussion about the company and few basic questions like why R&D and why should we hire you etc.
