feat(badges): add the wickra-proof badge row to the pipeline#54

Add a proofBadges array (17 slugs) and an f7 snapshot() call to scripts/fetch-badges.mjs so the badge-refresh pipeline snapshots wickra-proof repo-status badges into profile/badges/wickra-proof/. Seed the generated SVGs so the badge links in the wickra-proof README resolve immediately; version badges are skipped while the packages are unpublished.

Version badges (crates/pypi/npm/nuget/maven/go/r-universe) are skipped while the packages are unpublished and will populate on first release.
Unblocks the badge row in the wickra-proof README.
