So this is for people developing NeoJoin in an IDE different from VS Code? I would probably add that as a comment somewhere.
Also, please move this to the top-level script directory in the NeoJoin repo.

This is a helper script for installing/reinstalling vscode-plugin from the terminal.
It is mainly for people preferring to use a CLI instead of a GUI.
