[codex] Correct company location framing

What changed

• Corrected HoverNotes location/company framing to show it as a U.S. company operated remotely from Seoul.
• Corrected Quest framing to show it as Kampala, Uganda based, with Hamza working remotely from Seoul.
• Updated the homepage, CV data, project pages, career evidence files, LinkedIn notes, resume markdown/html, and regenerated the three resume PDFs.

Validation

• YAML validation for career_evidence/index.yml, _data/cv.yml, and _config.yml passed.
• RBENV_VERSION=3.4.5 /opt/homebrew/bin/rbenv exec bundle exec jekyll build passed with a clean warning scan.
• pdftotext confirms the regenerated PDFs include the corrected HoverNotes and Quest role metadata.
