Summary

Updates the collection-level quarantining settings section in flaky-tests/quarantining/index.mdx and adds a changelog entry for the behavior change shipped in trunk2#4109: new test collections now have quarantining enabled by default (previously off).

Changes:

  • flaky-tests/quarantining/index.mdx: added default-on note to the Enable Test Quarantining table row and a Note callout to the collection quarantining section
  • changelog/2026-06-08-flaky-tests-collection-quarantine-default.mdx: new changelog entry
