Adds hermetic regression tests for the destructive reset path, internal/changes Detect, git write helpers, and a binary-level simulate e2e scenario. Test-only.
Verification: build green, changes/git/reset units 174 pass, simulate e2e -short 6 pass, golangci-lint 0 issues.
