This layer doesn't contain any properties for the barriers because those are still under consideration in in shortbread-tiles#39. Barriers added are those there seemed to be an agreement on. If we decide we want to add properties later we can do in a backwards compatible way.

This doesn't make any sense to me. Is there any map that would render a "City wall" the same as a "hand rail"? |
