New tab loads the hash-chained confirmed-fault timeline from /compliance/timeline, renders records with freeze-frame values and the chain head, and offers JSON export plus print-to-PDF. Export action is shown to the Pro tier (configurator/admin); server enforces the same.
Add vitest coverage for compliance-api (fetch/parse/raw preservation, 404/501/502 errors) and ComplianceDashboard (chain head, records, row expand, export role gating, empty and not-connected states). Treat a 404/501 from the timeline endpoint as a calm "not available" notice instead of an error, so open-core gateways that don't serve the Pro-tier /compliance/timeline degrade gracefully.

Superseded by the commercial fleet_ui version (platform PR #121) - Compliance/NIS2 is a Pro feature and belongs in commercial fleet_ui, not open-source web_ui. |
