This release requires at least jdk11

Targetting RaspberryPI OS (32 bit) and Manjaro ARM (on RaspberryPI4 64bit). Equivalent to processing-4.0.0, uses JRuby-9.2.12.0 (ruby 2.5 syntax), expecting to bump to JRuby-9.3 late summer (for ruby 2.6 syntax).

Expected to be last release supporting jdk8

With this release reflective access warning when running with jdk11 should go away. So strictly no reason to prefer using jdk8, so simplifying install.
