assets-and-shares.md: Added a section explaining how Qubic's native asset system (qpi.issueAsset()withnumberOfShares = 1) can represent NFTs. Includes a code example and notes on metadata storage.This fills a gap — the Qubic docs currently have zero references to NFTs despite the asset system supporting unique tokens.
