Adds toString() implementations across transaction, input, output, outpoint, script, and program classes for easier debugging, plus minor formatting cleanup. Ported from cypherstack/coinlib commit da1b365 with MWEB-specific content removed (kept for a separate MWEB feature branch) and adapted to the InputSequence and Locktime abstractions.

Hi all, in doing some maintenance on our fork of coinlib, I decided to break out the differences between cypherstack/coinlib and its peercoin/coinlib base. This is one of those differences: a copyWith helper. Take it or leave it, I won't mind this just being closed :)
