While working on https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/FXA-13784, I noticed we didn't have any documentation on the SNS/SQS events, because I wanted to document a new field and one I adjusted (mozilla/fxa#20766). I've pulled documentation out of event-broker and placed it into the
Relying Party webhooks section, but all other doc updates here are new.
