Summary

remove the second SP3 perf dedicated host resource
remove the dedicated host 02 output
keep the host IDs output with the single remaining host

Validation

terraform fmt -check terraform/azure_fxci/gecko-t/dedicated-host-sp3-perf.tf
git diff --check -- terraform/azure_fxci/gecko-t/dedicated-host-sp3-perf.tf
