级联拉闸的那一轮仍在 Flash 上结束,以前要到下一轮才从 route_source 看出已升级。现在在拉闸瞬间标记该轮,便于观测"何时/因何升级": - RuntimeState 增 cascade_triggered_this_turn(begin_turn 重置, false→true 拉闸时置位) - TurnTelemetry 增 cascade_triggered 字段(serde default) - 每轮 telemetry 行触发时追加 "⚡ 级联升级…";/status 增 cascade_triggered 行 - 修正 route_source 过时注释(flash-router → cascade) - 新增端到端测试:一轮内两次工具执行失败 → 断言 telemetry 触发级联
