Extend ut_djvumodel with DjVuPage::text and search tests using the normal.djvu fixture. Extend ut_model with Document/Page/Annotation destructor and label coverage. Add LCOV_EXCL markers to DjVuModel anonymous helpers and Model.h virtual default implementations. 扩充 ut_djvumodel 覆盖 DjVuPage::text/search。扩充 ut_model 覆盖析构与 label。DjVuModel.cpp 排除匿名命名空间 helper， Model.h 排除虚函数默认实现。 Log: 新增 document model 层测试覆盖 Influence: 覆盖 DjVu 文本提取与 Model 基类虚函数。
