Issue(s) Resolved

There is some issue w the workers communicating to the db, which makes the community export "fail". Regardless of this, community export still succeeds in that it actually sends you an email saying it succeeded, and it does actually do the export. While we figure this out, we should just show that the export succeeded in these cases. for superadmins only we show the original error.

I also added a few extra matchers to the connection retry logic, may remediate this issue entirely.
