This PR starts the Spanish (es) translation of the documentation.
It adds the landing page and registers
esin the documentation build workflows:docs/source/es/index.mddocs/source/es/_toctree.ymlI am a native Spanish speaker. I kept the license header, the image and all code references and links unchanged, translating only the prose. More pages can follow in later PRs.
