Fixes the OSV background and footer not showing in light mode because the code pointed to files that didn't exist.
Restores files from commit d3cd4c0 which originally added them but later dropped before merge in #4872 .
Also fixes the 404 "Back to home" button in light mode where it had its rule overridden into a low-contrast text on the red button.
Hopefully this concludes all the light mode quirks.
