Summary

  • Set the hero intro paragraph to monospace font (var(--font-mono)) as a subtle code-oriented styling cue
  • Updated hero headline from "Public infrastructure, in the open." to "What we build in the open." — more direct, less grandiose

Test plan

  • Preview the homepage and verify the intro paragraph renders in monospace
  • Confirm the heading remains sans-serif bold for contrast
  • Check mobile/responsive behavior of the monospace intro text

Use monospace font for the hero intro paragraph as a subtle nod to
Flexion Labs' code-centric identity. Replace the hero headline with
a more grounded, direct alternative.

Move monospace font to the h1 instead of the intro paragraph —
stronger code nod at the top. Remove "By the numbers" and "Where to
next" section headings; keep the stats grid without a heading.
Drop the navigation links section entirely (duplicates the site nav).
