EgovSampleServiceImpl에서 두 가지를 정리했습니다.

1. 미사용 import 제거: #58에서 생성자 주입으로 전환된 이후 사용되지 않고 남아 있던 jakarta.annotation.Resource import를 제거했습니다.
2. 로거 선언을 @Slf4j로 통일: 프로젝트 내 다른 클래스(EgovSampleController, EgovSampleExcepHndlr, EgovSampleOthersExcepHndlr)는 모두 Lombok @Slf4j를 사용하는데, 이 클래스만 유일하게 LoggerFactory.getLogger(...) 수동 선언을 사용하고 있어 @Slf4j로 통일했습니다. 보일러플레이트 2줄(import 포함 4줄)이 줄고 로깅 스타일이 일관되도록 했습니다.

동작 변경은 없습니다(로거 이름 동일: 클래스 FQCN 기준).

(채번 전 id=<null> → 채번 후 id=SAMPLE-00115 두 번의 log.debug 정상 출력)
