- Derive DynamoDB table names from E2E_BASE_URL + TEST_REGION in globalTeardown
- Use TEST_REGION for the DynamoDB client region
- Harden create_campaign_first_catalog against profile dropdown races
- Allow callers to pass the intended profile_id
- Use .first for Transfer Ownership button to tolerate multiple shares
- Poll has_campaign to tolerate campaign list eventual consistency
