Rename the root directory label in the README file tree from
kcolb-switchboard/toswitchboard/.Why
The repository is named
switchboard(atcreate-protocol/switchboard), so the tree header should match. The current labelkcolb-switchboard/is the wrong name and will confuse contributors trying to navigate the project structure.Small, scoped fix from kcolbchain contrib-bot.
