Add JER files for 2024 and 2025 + symlink PNet/UParT JER from AK4PFPuppi for all years

Updates in this PR include:

• Add JER files for PNet/UParT regressed jets. These are symlinked from regular AK4PFPuppi files for all Run2 and Run3 years. We have done this for all the tags (seen below) that we include in the regJet_jerc.json.gz files:

• Add Summer24Prompt24_JRV1 tag for 2024 analyses:
  • PtResolution and SF files provided by Mikko -> pT dependent SFs (based on V10M SF file which is essentially the V9M file with some bugs fixed)
  • SFUncertainty file also included and symlinked from Summer23BPixPrompt23_RunD_JRV1m
  • Same as for previous years and tags, we also add for book-keeping purposes the Summer24Prompt24_JRV1_DATA folder, where the SF file is dummy (always returning 1.0) and the PtResolution file is a multiplication of the MC PtResolution and SF files.
• Add Summer24Prompt25_JRV1 tag for 2025 analyses:
  • PtResolution file from Summer24 MC, same as the file above.
  • SF file provided by Mikko, comparing 2025 data with the Summer24 MC -> pT dependent SFs (based on V3M SF file)
  • SFUncertainty file also included and symlinked from Summer23BPixPrompt23_RunD_JRV1m

Hi @izisopou,

Thanks a lot for this MR.

I think we can make all JER PtResolution and JER SF text files in the same format (e.g. every file will have eta, pt, rho columns) [1]. For the older files, we can simply add additional dummy columns say pT = 0, 6500, rho = 0, 300 etc. What do you say? Once we have consistent text files, the conversion to jsons should be straightforward.
