I collaborated with the Olsen Lab as an Industry Expert and Software Consultant for the CRIPT project. My role was to bring industry experience by working closely with the researchers in integrating their work into the CRIPT project and making sure it was a fast, scalable and cost effective solution. Some of the work I did on this project:

• Wrote the backend in Python based on the Data Model, and contributed to its newer versions.
• Built a scalable polymer search engine and API that powers CRIPT, based on research at the Olsen Lab, with its own query language BigMARTS and a new ranking method and similarity score.
• Built an SDK from scratch that researchers can use to interact with CRIPT.
• Presented CRIPT at ACS Fall 2023, Moscone Center Expo Hall, August 13-17, 2023, San Francisco.

I worked with the MIT Climate & Sustainability Consortium as an Industry Expert and Software Consultant on the MCSC project. My role was to integrate different researchers' projects into the datahub, and to ensure the security, scalability and performance of both the app and the data.

• Built specialized software for research institutions, enabling data collection, analysis, and collaboration. Our platforms support researchers in managing complex datasets.
• Engineered logistics management software to optimize supply chain operations, inventory tracking, and delivery coordination. Our solutions help businesses reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Built a game in house, Okey Friends - a realtime online turn based game for 1-4 players, on iOS and Android (2017).

• ETL with 21 universities in the US with highly regarded medical schools.
• Worked with clients to migrate data and pipelines to the FHIR standard.
• Worked on EHR anonymization and compliance with HIPAA, ARRA and HITECH.
• Debugging, profiling and optimizing health data pipelines.
• Performance tuning for RexDB (Prometheus Research).
