Code and data to replicate experiments in "Transport Elliptical Slice Sampling". All experiments are run on Python 3.8.10

Install all libraries:

pip install -r requirements.txt

Run experiments:

python[3] [biooxygen.py, german_credit.py, google_stock.py, predator_prey.py]

NOTE: You can pass arguments to the latter code for experimentation.
