The CI/CD workflow now runs two jobs (frontend and build) but the
documentation only described the build job. The frontend job validates,
tests, and builds the frontend, which is essential information for
understanding the full CI pipeline.
Without this documentation, a developer might assume frontend changes
aren't validated in CI, leading to confusion when PRs fail on frontend
validation steps.
