Great ! Agreed. I have included build in here just to share with chilean community and get some feedback. Let me see if there are some comments. If not, I can remove it and we can go ahead with merging.

Also, are you OK with including the Claude.md I have created ?

Hey Andriy @berestovskyy I have removed user build js. Let me know if is ready for release or you prefer to apply the change of the links to subsections of the Map Editing Quick-start Guide. I'd need orientation to go with this.
