There were duplciates in the TOC; cleaned those up. Also reorged the Player Input component pages.
+ broken links in TOC (some for old pages, so I removed those lines)
This is part of PR 2253; it replaces the `api` links with `xref`, and removes anchors from those links.
And I found our actions in code content
Except... it fixed a lot of the capitalisation issues. I still need to do that.
