Default Registry Fix

The default registry should no longer give an error when first opening SBOLCanvas.

The issue stemmed from the URL being assumed to be the prefix and api.

Since there are backend changes, this cannot be tested with the staging server. I looked at your changes, and they seemed to be aligned to what we discussed. The key things to test with this are:

The default registry found from web-of-registries should be:
Frontend URL: https://synbiohub.org
Backend API: https://api.synbiohub.org
URI Prefix: https://synbiohub.org

You should be able to add new registries, such as for SBH2:
Frontend URL: https://dev2.synbiohub.org
Backend API: https://api.synbiohub.org
URI Prefix: https://synbiohub.org

For Charmme:
Fronted URL: https://charmme.synbiohub.org
Backend API: https://charmme.synbiohub.org
URI Prefix: https://charmme.synbiohub.org
