Hi, Sabrina here 👋

I'm an undergrad at McGill University studying Neuroscience, Mathematics and Computer Science. Currently, you can find me doing research at the Peyrache and LiNC labs where I build curiosity-driven RL agents to model rat exploratory behaviour and hippocampal activity.

Also working at Arc Institute on using mass spectrometry foundation models to characterize host-microbiome interactions from spatial single-cell proteomics.
