Thank you for flagging this, @laeg! You're right that the ODBC driver link should point to the releases page so users can download the driver directly.

Since your PR was opened, the ClickHouse connector prerequisites were restructured into a shared include file. We've applied your fix to the new location in MicrosoftDocs/powerquery-docs-pr#1731.
