Flips the ksa netkan/ckanmeta remotes in prod-stack.py to KSP-CKAN, matching the global NETKAN_USER/CKANMETA_USER. This retires the staged/SpaceDock-PR caveat documented in #3.
Do not merge before the repo transfer.
