Stages 241 binary blobs referenced by .cid key files in the ITKTubeTK remote module so ExternalData can resolve them against ITKTestingData/CID/. All blobs recovered from local caches, verified via legacy SHA-512/MD5 + CIDv1-raw recomputation. No network fetches. Unresolved: 119 CID(s) not available locally. Assisted-by: Claude Code

Verification
Each blob verified by (1) re-hashing to its legacy SHA-512 or MD5 key recovered from the module's git history and (2) recomputing its CIDv1-raw (
sha2-256,rawcodec) from contents. Zero mismatches.Unresolved: 119 CID(s) could not be recovered from local caches (no SHA-512/MD5 sidecar found in module history, or the blob is missing from all local stores). These remain unaddressed by this PR and will need separate fetch (IPFS, upstream data server).
