⚡ Bolt: Eliminate LINQ allocations in RobotMerger.Process#42

Replaced the LINQ chain (`SelectMany`, `GroupBy`, `ToDictionary`, `ToList`) in `RobotMerger.Process` with a pre-allocated, reused class-level `Dictionary<RobotId, List<RobotTracker>>`. This eliminates roughly ~4 allocations per frame (at 100Hz) by reusing the data structures and calling `.Clear()` instead of instantiating new collections every vision frame. Also pre-sized the `mergedRobots` list to avoid resizing allocations. Co-authored-by: lordhippo <5122916+lordhippo@users.noreply.github.com>
