- dark/light icons need to change for the dev resources (design resources has the light/dark icons)
- if this doesnt work on mobile im going to pee my pants
- i mean animation works on my computer (i think it works best when you scroll slowly)

Looks great to me! From a user standpoint though, I think it would be better to also allow clicking on specific bulletpoints to highlight on top of just being able to scroll to it. Getting the right amount of force on the scroll is sometimes difficult |

I agree with what Afifah noted. In addition, is there a way to make the image not change in size when scrolling bc of the enlarged text size? I think that would help make the animation visually look smoother.
Please also extract the animation into a hook called 'useIdeateScroll.tsx' or a name you see fit.
Ready to be merged in once those changes are made, nice work so far!
