Explanation of Change
This documents a behavior surfaced by Expensify/App#92917, which updated the in-app error shown when a billing owner tries to delete a workspace that still has Expensify Cards. The error now reads "Your company still has Expensify Cards. Please reach out to Concierge to remove them." and the Concierge link is clickable.
The help article "How to delete a workspace in Expensify" didn't mention this blocker at all, so a user who hits the error has no documentation explaining what to do. This adds an FAQ entry to the existing subscription article explaining that workspaces with Expensify Cards can't be deleted until the cards are removed via Concierge.
