1. In HTML menu, add "HTML Alt Text/Role..." button 2. Dialog is based on Auto-illus dialog 3. Dialog searches from current cursor location and finds next `<img>` tag 4. Correct thumbnail is automatically loaded 5. Alt text is displayed in larger box than previously - box should resize with dialog 6. User can edit alt text in box 7. Current "decorative" setting is also displayed 8. User can change "decorative" setting 9. User can update the markup, or update and advance to the next `img` Fixes DistributedProofreaders#1892
