Try to make native macOS app for Flare to replace the Compose Desktop one.

• Appkit is way better than SwiftUI in terms of everything except for the developer experience.
• The SwiftUI in macOS should mark as alpha as it still lacks lots of features compares to Appkit.
• The current Compose Desktop is actually good enough, makes the macOS port is just an experimental.
