- Specifies all configs in property name format to better align with the rest of the docs.

Updates the OpenID Connect (OIDC) administration guide to use canonical dt.* property names, expands/clarifies IdP setup examples, and aligns documentation terminology/linting (Vale vocab + shared abbreviations) across the docs set.
