Backend ingestion for EntraEligibleMembers is now deployed to all regions, so the Content Hub table (removed in 3.3.1) is re-added as a selectable Preview table. Per SemVer this backwards-compatible feature addition is a minor bump: 3.3.1 -> 3.4.0. Regenerates the package and updates release notes.
