Adds Alert Live Activity helpers to the handwritten Python wrapper.\n\nNotes:\n- Adds message/icon/badge support and removes root color for alert helper payloads.\n- Keeps generated client code untouched; generated updates should come from the OpenAPI regen workflow.\n- Not intended for release until README/docs examples are approved.
