Can't unsuspend a "PMSUSPENDED" VM

Issue Description

If a VM enters the PMSUSPENDED state (either by clicking on sleep or remaining idle for too long), there is no way to resume or unsuspend it. I have tried both methods.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Windows VM
2. Tell it to sleep from the power icon
3. Try to start/resume it

Expected Behavior

I would expect resume to unsuspend it, but I don't mind having another mutation like unsuspend.

Actual Behavior

Nothing happens, Windows VM stays PMSUSPENDED

Additional Context

Also, I've tried both the uuid and the id field as a resumeId

Amazing callout! Thank you so much for reporting this. I'm going to be updating our open-source (fork) of the libvirt bindings to automatically support this, and we'll get this out in the next API release.

I'll ping you once this is in the main branch in a preview build, it may be helpful if you could run the preview plugin to test and validate as I am not sure how to get a VM into this state.
