Rework Ktor tutorial

The Ktor plugin referenced in https://stuebingerb.github.io/KGraphQL/Tutorials/ktor/ is obsolete, so the tutorial should be reworked for the current setup

There is the ktor-plugin-registry, it would allow people to use the web based or IntelliJ plugin wizard to get started with KGraphQL (with sample code). I would say it could be a way to have a quick start without needing a entire tutorial page, instead have a section under the plugin page for Ktor mentioning that people can use the Ktor wizard to get started with KGraphQL+Ktor. Any thoughts on that?

Thanks for the idea! Becoming part of the plugin registry certainly makes sense.

Independent of that there could still be value in having some sort of quickstart section in the documentation, even if it results in the same code. I've also updated the reference in graphql.github.io a while ago that mentions the current tutorial page. Not on top of my current prio list, though.
