[RFC]: refactor `stats/*` package naming convention from ` *sorted` to `*-sorted`

Description

This RFC proposes:-

• To update the package naming convention of packages in the stats/* namespace.
• For Ex:- stats/strided/dmediansorted needs to become stats/strided/dmedian-sorted.
• Closely following the migration_Guidelines to approach this issue.
