Jackson comes from an underlying dependency. See answer from project maintainer #3157 (comment) and the swagger-core issue swagger-api/swagger-core#4991.

To answer the question, there is currently no version that is compatible with Jackson 3 because the swagger-core project has not been updated yet. There is a PR swagger-api/swagger-core#5031 that migrates it to Jackson 3.
So if you need Jackson 3 you'd have to checkout that branch, build the artifacts, fork springdoc and update the dependency in the spring-boot-4 branch. After that you need to update Springdoc to support Jackson 3.

Hey, @XDDEmbr. I’ve created an unofficial fork of springdoc-openapi with Jackson 3 support, to solve the problem described in this issue.

For example springdoc-openapi-starter-webmvc-api:

My fork is based on the spring-boot-4 branch and uses Jackson 3 directly via my fork of swagger-core.
