Student "Done" button

Overview

Since we are planning on tracking time in queue (#5), it would be helpful if both student and TA had access to the button to indicate that they are done. This provides redundancy in case a TA gets distracted and forgets to indicate that they are done.

We currenlty have a fallback in the form of a task that runs every 30 minutes that will mark a student as done if the TA that was helping them is no longer in the queue. A more effective fallback would also suffice as a solution to this issue
