Mounting ODFileSystem on a device already mounted by the A4091 CDFS causes the latter to hang

This happens with ODFileSystem from git head: ODFileSystem v0.4-1-g59bf94f (25.4.2026)

Once the CD0: handler is stuck, I can't even call version on it:

I upgraded the A4091 ROM to a4091_cdfs-42.37.rom and now CD0: does not hang any more, but OD0: is unable to detect the CD-ROM:

I fixed the SectorSize in the above mountlist to 2048, but the problem persists.
