Py.md update has been made after new stable release and turkish users might need it for stable version. New shortcodes already became useful for most users and i would be pleased for using them on stable version.

New shortcodes only working on prerelease version.

They were merged after stable because they need to be tested in pre-release before they are released for everyone.
