Profile pic only syncs from desktop to mobile, but not from mobile to desktop

Describe the bug
Me and another user both set our profile pics on mobile (android), but when I visit my instance in the browser (Firefox) on my desktop, both our profile pics are blank. So I tried adding a profile pic in the browser on my desktop, assuming it would also not sync. But it overwrote my profile pic on the mobile app. Of course this is a minor issue, purely aesthetics - but wanted to point it out.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start with no profile pic.
2. Add a profile pic on mobile app.
3. Check desktop browser for profile pic to sync.

Expected behavior
Profile pic added via any device/browser/app should sync across all others.

App version
2.1.3

The profile pic URL is always set on the server-side, in the DB, which implies it might be some browser caching issue on the desktop. Will have to dig in to debug this.

I tried with the exact setup (desktop FF + FF PWA on Android) to no avail. I can't replicate this.

Are you sure you refreshed the page when testing?
