The following two recordings are from the same signal source. However, after applying the channel map, the alternating channels became almost flat.
This recording was performed using a tetrode with an EIB board and an Intan 32-channel headstage.
I was originally trying to determine the correct channel map for a single-shank silicon probe. Without applying the channel map, the signals look normal, but once the channel map is applied, the signals appear strange, especially with the alternating-channel pattern.
Could you please let me know why this might be happening? I am still unable to figure out the correct channel mapping because of this issue.
